What is the Opportunities Fund Program? A financial assistance program designed to assist persons with disabilities access training that leads to employment. Applicants to the Opps Fund must have no other financial means of support to access further training. Residents of: Pemberton/Whistler, the Sunshine Coast, Howe Sound Corridor, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, Mission, New Westminster, Delta, Surrey, Langley, White Rock, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Hope, and Boston Bar can apply to the Opps Fund.
